Justin has been with Caldwell Insurance since 2012 and manages the agency’s daily operations while also working as a producer in both the personal and commercial insurance divisions. When he is not working in the insurance business, his four children keep him quite busy. He enjoys coaching youth soccer, volunteering at his local church, and loves spending time on the lake.

Candice has been with Caldwell Insurance Services since 2003 and is the Chief Operations Officer. In addition to being a producer for commercial insurance, she is passionate about including life and health insurance for all her clients. When she is not working in insurance, she spends time with her four kiddos, ages 3, 5, 9, and 11. She also enjoys family time on their boat wake surfing the summer away. She volunteers as the Parent/Teacher Fellowship Coordinator at Mother Lode Christian School.

Christina joined Caldwell Insurance originally in 1997, left to start her family, and rejoined in 2019 with several years of accounting and management experience. Christina enjoys time with her now grown-up family, entertaining at her home, and dreaming up home and interior design projects to tackle on the weekends.

Matt has been with Caldwell Insurance Services since 2014 and is a commercial lines producer. He has been in the insurance industry since 1998. When he is not working in insurance, he is spending time with his wife and kids. He also enjoys serving the local church, endurance sports, drinking coffee, and making pizza in his backyard.

Rachelle has been with Caldwell Insurance Services since 2017 and is an Account Manager for both personal and commercial lines. When she is not working in insurance, she is spending time with her son. She also enjoys reading and relaxing with a good book.

I have been with Caldwell Insurance since 2018, as both a commercial and personal lines agent. My favorite thing about insurance is being able to help people find the coverage they need and to problem-solve with them to find the best solutions we can. I have lived in the foothills for many years, and enjoy the slower pace of life our area has to offer. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two kids, relaxing with friends, and enjoying our beautiful mountain scenery.

Roberta joined Caldwell Insurance in 2019 and is an Assistant Account Manager for both commercial and personal lines. When she is not working in insurance, you will find her in her garden or learning new crafts.

Darin joined Caldwell Insurance Services in 2021. He got his start in the insurance industry as a commercial claims adjuster and loss prevention consultant in the early 90s before becoming a commercial lines agent in 1995. He enjoys adventure motorcycling, snowboarding, and time with his wife, adult children, and grandkids in his free time.

Sarah joined Caldwell Insurance Services at the beginning of 2022. Sarah has been in the health insurance industry since 2016 and is an asset to our health and life department. When Sarah is not working, she is enjoying time with her daughter, husband, and two dogs. She also enjoys trying new recipes and hosting family and friends.

I grew up in the small mountain town of Twain Harte, California. I went to Twain Harte Elementary and graduated from Summerville High School, and I’m proud to still call this beautiful area home.

I’m newly licensed in the insurance industry and already loving the journey. Every day brings something new to learn, and I truly enjoy helping our clients feel confident and properly covered.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and close friends—many of whom have become like family. I’m passionate about camping, traveling, and coaching cheer, and photography is a creative outlet I enjoy whenever I get the chance.

On the weekends, you’ll usually find me outdoors, soaking up time with my loved ones and making memories in nature.

I don’t have much experience in insurance yet, but I have worn many hats over the years with raising 5 kids, and most recently I worked in social services. I enjoy hearing all of your voices when you call in and getting to know our clients better. I’m excited to work with such an amazing team and look forward to learning all about insurance.

I grew up in the Bay Area for most of my life. We live in such a beautiful area that I love discovering new places to go for a hike, swim, or just enjoy all that the area has to offer. In my spare time, I enjoy thrifting & finding old pieces, and making them new again.

I love spending time with my kids and my boyfriend, John. Weekend getaways or just hanging out and grabbing dinner and a movie!

Glenn established the agency with his wife Jeannine in 1997. These days, Glenn enjoys the open road traveling in his motorhome and spending quality time with his family.

Jeannine helped establish Caldwell Insurance Services in 1997. She is a licensed agent, but these days she loves quilting, traveling in her motorhome, hanging with her family, and spending spare time with her grandkids. She gets refreshed worshiping on Sunday with their Church family.

Originally from Burbank, California, I spent 14 years honing my skills at In-N-Out before relocating to Sonora. As a dedicated father, my world revolves around my family. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me in the kitchen, cooking up a storm for my loved ones.

Away from the office, I enjoy playing pool and making bets with coworkers on silly things. My weekends are a blend of relaxation at home with my children and adventurous culinary explorations, as I love discovering new places to eat.

I’m originally from Cedar Ridge, a quaint area in the Sonora Mountains. I started my educational journey at Belleview Elementary and then graduated from Summerville High.

Outside of work, I’m a family man at heart. I love spending quality time with my wife and daughter, enjoying great conversations. Cooking is another passion of mine; whether it’s grilling the perfect steak or expertly tossing a pizza, I revel in creating delicious meals.

Weekends are for family. We often spend time at home, going for walks, and whipping up delicious meals together.

For seven years, I played a pivotal role at GEICO, leading their personal auto service department as a supervisor. Following this, I took the helm of the customer service department at a cutting-edge tech startup, focusing on personal lines insurance, where I honed my management skills for two years. My passion lies in empowering others and ensuring they have the insurance protection they need for life’s unforeseen events.

I was raised in Queens, New York, and attended school in Atlanta, Georgia, where I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business.

My interests span a wide range, from the adrenaline of football to the ever-evolving world of technology and innovation. With a solid foundation in cyber security and IT, I’m always at the forefront of tech advancements. Outside of work, I’m either making strides on the football field or unwinding on a serene beach.

I grew up in Tuolumne, California, where I attended Summerville High School. I continued my education while playing basketball at Columbia College for two years and then moved on to play NCAA Division 2 basketball at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. With two years of experience in the insurance industry, I recently got licensed and started working at Caldwell Insurance Services.

I am passionate about my work, embracing the hard work and grind of the insurance industry, and am dedicated to ensuring that others are properly covered. I contribute a “find a way” attitude and a competitive spirit that motivates those around me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Jesus, playing basketball, and golfing, often spending my weekends on the golf course with close friends. I am also a strong advocate for NBC Basketball, a non-profit organization that brings the game of basketball to underserved areas of the world, and I am proud to have worked with them.

Born and raised in Tuolumne County, I pursued higher education at Chico State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. After beginning my career in Law Enforcement, I returned to my hometown in 2007, where I now live with my husband and two daughters in Jamestown. We spend our time outdoors, exploring in our Jeep, fishing, cooking, and tending to our garden.

I am passionate about the insurance field because it offers endless opportunities to learn and grow. I love diving into research, procedures, and finding the perfect coverage for our clients’ needs. I believe there truly is a solution for everyone.

On a personal level, I am an avid reader and have a deep fascination with English history, particularly the English Nobility. In 2022, I had the unforgettable experience of traveling solo around England for two weeks, immersing myself in its rich history.

When I’m not working, you can find me exploring hidden backroads in our Jeep, cooking up something delicious, or relaxing in the garden with a good book. Time with my family is what makes me happiest, and traveling is always at the top of my list!

I grew up in a small town in the Nebraska Sandhills, but after high school, I moved to Montana to study at Montana Technological University, where I found my new home. My career in Commercial Insurance began in January 2022. I worked diligently to immerse myself in the business insurance industry, with a focus on Management Liability. By the end of my second year, I proudly earned my CLCS (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) designation.

What I love most about my work is getting to know my clients and offering them the knowledge and skills I’ve gained to help them achieve their goals. It’s incredibly fulfilling to provide solutions that meet their specific needs.

Personally, I enjoy being a mom to my three beautiful girls and caring for our two cats and two dogs. When I’m not busy with family, I embrace the Montana outdoors, whether it’s fishing or golfing in the summer, or enjoying hot springs and skiing in the winter.

When I’m not working, my girls and I love to escape to Fairmont Hot Springs, Montana, as often as we can. It’s our favorite way to unwind and spend quality time together. I’m also passionate about giving back to my community, staying active in my church, and volunteering with organizations like Habitat for Humanity, the local carousel, and the Beaverhead Animal Shelter (although I had to take a break from the shelter after adopting a few too many pets!).

I grew up in Bandon, Oregon—where golf and ocean views are everything, even in the rain. Later, I made the move to Idaho Falls, Idaho, which is where my journey in the insurance industry began.

In 2022, I started with Liberty Mutual, working with personal lines policies. I eventually transitioned to Comparion Insurance Agency, a Liberty company, which allowed me to work with a variety of carriers to find the best coverage for each client’s unique needs.

What excites me most about my work is getting to know my clients and helping educate them so they can make the best decisions when it comes to protecting what matters most.

As a devoted dog mom, I thoroughly enjoy taking my pets on hikes, kayaking or simply running to grab a pup cup. My boyfriend, Nick, and I share a passion for traveling to explore new destinations, dog-friendly, of course!

When I have some downtime, you can find me relaxing with a good book, baking something sweet, or spending time in my garden.

When I am not working, you will find me spending time with family and friends, serving in my faith community, or exploring new style and design ideas. My favorite weekends are spent relaxing with loved ones and recharging spiritually.

Jason is a relationship-focused professional with a background in finance and marketing and extensive experience leading sales and service teams across multiple industries. After growing up in San Jose and earning his Finance and Marketing degrees in Southern California, Jason and his family returned to Sonora, where he now leads the sales and service teams at Caldwell Insurance.

Throughout his career, Jason has focused on working directly with customers, developing teams, and helping people navigate challenges with clarity and confidence. He values strong communication, long-term relationships, and being actively involved in the local community.

When there isn’t a remodeling project or honey-do list waiting at home, Jason enjoys the mountains and playing sports with his wife and their five teenagers. With all that teenage energy under one roof, he also values quiet early mornings with the sunrise, a cozy fire, his Bible, and a good cup of coffee.

I was born and raised in Tuolumne County, California, where I developed a strong connection to the community and the value of working with a local, family-owned insurance agency. I began my career with Caldwell Insurance in 2020, and in 2021 I moved to Reno, Nevada to pursue my Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology. Reno has been home ever since, and I continue to support our clients and team members serving Tuolumne County and surrounding Northern California communities while being based in Nevada.

Before returning to Caldwell Insurance in 2025, I spent time working in the counseling field, where I helped clients navigate health insurance claims and policy transactions. That experience strengthened my ability to problem-solve, communicate clearly, and support people through complex insurance situations. Today, I bring both my education and professional background into my role, helping improve operations, support our licensed agents, and ensure our clients receive efficient, accurate, and positive service across their insurance needs.

What I enjoy most about my work is supporting and empowering our team so they can continue delivering exceptional service to families, individuals, and business owners. Being part of a dedicated, team-focused environment and working for a family-owned insurance agency is incredibly meaningful to me, and it motivates me to contribute wherever I can behind the scenes to help our clients succeed.

Outside of work, I love coaching CrossFit classes, challenging myself with my own training, and spending time in the mountains with friends and family. Staying active and connected to the outdoors helps me stay grounded and energized, both personally and professionally.
