Payton Frediani did an excellent job finding us an alternative to CalFair. Payton and Caldwell went to about 10 different insurers who declined (after our non-renewal of a mixed-use development). They worked this to the last day before we would have had to use CalFair and 2 other policies to obtain coverage and on the last day the quote came in.
